Andrew Costinett joined PNNL in April 2018. His work centers on reducing energy consumption through advanced control strategies, and developing strategic plans to meet energy reduction and resilience goals. Before joining the lab he performed energy auditing and retro-commissioning as part of the Industrial Assessment Center and Colorado Industrial Energy Challenge as a member of the Colorado State University Department of Mechanical Engineering. Andrew also previously the lead a continuous commissioning program and worked on HVAC system design for the CSU Facilities Department.
