Travis Douville is a Project Manager contributing to the development of solutions that make buildings and large campuses more energy and water efficient and resilient. He also conducts broad valuations and analyses to inform energy policy and guide technology adoption.

He joined PNNL in 2019 from Vestas-American Wind Technology, where he managed the Balance of Plant and SCADA team, which assisted interconnection, control, commissioning, and compliance for utility-scale wind parks across the United States and Canada. He also matured technologies in support of siting and environmental compliance (i.e. Aircraft Detection Lighting Systems, Tall Towers, and Avian Deterrents), cybersecurity, and hybrid (wind, solar, and storage) power plants. Prior to joining Vestas in 2016, he spent ten years supporting aerospace methods development and system development and demonstration.
